Door sill trim and aftermarket side skirts ?

Do the door sill trim pieces still fit with aftermarket side skirts? If so, were modifications to the side skirt necessary?

Please let me know, I have marga hills side skirts and the car does not have the door sill pieces. I would like to buy them if the can still fit with my side skirts.
