I'm planning to drive from Orlando down to Sebring, in the NSX, on Tuesday October 10th to watch the track events and try to get a ride on the track. And then drive back with the other cars to the Embassy Suites that evening. Just wondering if anyone else will be in Orlando, or any locals that would like to drive down as well to see Sebring International Raceway?

We will come to Sebring. Four members will arrive at Orlando on Oct. 9 night,
check in Embassy Suites around 09:30pm.
We will drive rental car from Hertz in MCO.
See you on Tuesday around 09:30 at lobby.

Car Detailing on Thursday
I have arranged for a car detail crew to be at the Embassy Suites on THURSDAY. They should be there all day. The cost is $35 to $40 to wash the car, inside and out. For $15 extra, they will wax the car. Engine detailing can be arranged as well.
Be aware that there are a TON of love bugs all around the Sebring area, so your car will get filthy!
Oh yeah....don't drive with the windows and your mouth open at the same time! Yuck!
Please come down one and all...the track conditions are AWESOME and we instructors would love to give lots of rides to anyone who comes.

Anyone else want to drive/caravan down to Sebring tomorrow morning???
Work permitting I'm planning on driving from Boca to Sebring in the AM then back up to Orlando with you guys. In case I can't make it to Sebring and have to drive right to Orlando what time do you think you guys will make it back to the hotel?

The schedule says the caravan is to leave Sebring around 6 pm-ish and should arrive O-Town around 8-12-ish. :biggrin:

I believe our caravan is leaving around 6pm, and should arrive at the hotel between 7:15 and 7:45pm

Unless Scotty can beam you to Orlando, you won't get there at 715-745pm if you leave Sebring at 6pm. I'd guestimate 8pm at the earliest, if there is no traffic or active construction on 27 or I-4.
Wish I could stay and give rides, but my windshield has now got a 1 foot long crack winding its way across from the passenger's side....yuck.
