I do not live in the US and where I come from (Netherlands) the NSX is a very rare car. Even so, most Dutch people are usually very down to earth and will rather even pretend as not having seen your car at all rather than giving you a thumbs up.
So, in other words, no, I don't get 'boxed up' normally. On occassion, some (young) guy or guys will want to race you. On the highway that is usually when I have just overtaken them. When that happens I usually slow down first to make sure it is not an undercover car but when I'm satisfied that it is not, I usually just take off and leave them behind. I know there are plenty cars which are faster than the NSX, but in this country, these are far and few between.
