The truck and trailer just headed for Road America with Kip's car. We are racing @ the SCCA June Sprints in Elkhart Lake, WI next weekend (June 24-26). Please come out and visit us. Kip is racing in Group #1, testing on Thursday, qualifying on Friday and Saturday am and racing on Saturday afternoon. Drop me an email ([email protected]) if you have any questions. Hi Guys,
The truck and trailer made it to eastern Nevada before it had trouble. The fuel pump in the tank went bad and would not go into boost. Kip found the parts here in Sacramento and drove late Saturday afternoon to fix it. He got it working about 1:30 am and the driver (Vern) headed east again first thing Sunday morning. We are the first test group out on Thursday, so hopefully he does not have any more trouble getting to Road America. Cheers, Shad
