engine vibrate

Hi everyone, I just bought my x last month and i started to know something is wrong with my motor. It vibrate only at around 1k-2k rpm. My tech change all the spark plug and add fuel injector cleaner, and it still doing the samething. btw he tested the coil pack too, they are fine too. My nsx is 93 with 85k miles. thanx for the help in advance. I know you people are good help here.

If your talking about a slightly rough idle 1-2k rpm that is normal. Check your compression?

compression is okay. its not a rough idle, it feel like a misfire between 1 and 2k rpm. you can feel it on the seat and steering wheel (like vibrateing). thanx for the help.

A very slight vibration is felt in my car as well... I did everything to try to fix it but later to find its normal. Maybe your problem is more severe.

Try cleaning the trottle body with carb cleaner.
I also remember you can try to tighten the engine mounts... that may be your problem.

Man, kind of make me feel better from reading that post. But still make me wonder, my car is smooth on idle and vibrate as soon as i rev it up to 2k rpm, stop vibrate at 3k rpm, hmmm.

I will try to do the engine mount thing to see if its better. Thanx for the help nsxexotic.

This is the norm for our cars. Try a search, there has been alot of posts regarding this question.
