Fixed the NSX Prime navbar

Ah perfection. nsx808 is the man. I noticed this a while back as well.

umm....I noticed that the nav. bar is not in the same place after you've pressed the "forum" link(be sure to leave the mouse where you clicked, meaning don't move it at all). The whole nav. bar section moves up.
