Sorry for the hijack, but enjoying this video got me thinking... what other cars would be reviewed/advertised in 1991 that compare to the NSX? A quick search of youtube gave me this Fifth/Top Gear episode on 1991 Ferraris. I rather enjoyed the TRON soundtrack and Jeremy's outfit/hair. I think the NSX holds up rather nicely against the 348.

I have the original video (VHS) tape that the dealer had from my '94. It's very, very similar to this one, but obviously with a '94 rather than the '91. It's very impressive.

Are you serious? The 348 is a complete pos. Clarkson later admitted that the car was poorly designed. The only reason he spoke well of the 348 was because it was the first time he got to drive around in a ferrari and he was enamoured with the whole vibe. Clarkson did say the 355 was far superior.

When you compare an nsx to a 348 I think you have to clarify what you are judging in order to justify why the nsx is "better." I would not say a 348 is a "pos."

nsx more reliable, less expensive to drive/maintain yes and I would say more technologically advanced.

I have driven a 348, 355, 360 and owned my nsx for 5 years now. The 355 is my favorite car to date.
