Sorry, I don't know what the deal is.
I tried it at home and office. Both time worked fine. I had my coworker tried it as well, worked for him.
By the way, I just realize someone already posted the same webpage under "Off Topic" yesterday.

Worked for me. The scary thing is I saw a mileage report on my NSX that caught my attention, but it indeed is correct. It said someting like 8/XX/99 mileage 53,XXX. Further down it then said 2/XX/2000 mileage 52,XXX
But then right next to it said mileage was recorded on 7/XX/99 I guess some inspection stations are really slow the turn in the information.
