General question about parts

I have a 2005 automatic and have come across a wrecked 2002 manual (same color as mine - silverstone) - in looking out for general cosmetic maintenance, I have one question:

1) Are the cosmetic parts (wheels, radio, seats) interchangeable between a 2002 and a 2005?

I apologize if this is a stupid question, I'm just trying to see if the idea makes sense and can save me a few dollars.

I'm pretty certain that most of the "cosmetic", or non-drivetrain, parts are interchangeable. But not that third pedal on the far left! :wink:

Where is it wrecked?, (front, back, etc...)
I'm looking for a few 02+ bits.
Maybe I could get some from it.
