Good NSX mechanic near Fredricksberg, VA

For big work, Ben @ Daisy Auto (http://www.daisyautocare.com/) is nationally recognized as an NSX guru. He is in woodbine MD (about 2 hours away). I know Ben personally and he's top notch and well worth the trip to get things done right.
For little stuff, there may be some people closer. I have done some runs with the guys at Exotic Car Specialties (http://ecsofvirginia.com/) who are located a little closer in Sterling, VA (about an hour away). Don't know anything about their mechanic skills, but they are nice people.
I also know another guy in the immediate DC area who does great work on little projects but doesn't have an official business. Pop me a PM and I can get you the contact info.

I think I read 5-6 years ago that one of the Acura dealers in DC is really good.
The Acura dealer in Richmond is good for normal stuff. I've had them do 100% of my work over the past 5-6 years. 2 timing belts, O2 sensors, valve adjustments, shocks, etc, etc.
