Guys, Do you think a supercharger (or any FI system) adds value? I added my GM kit to my project track car in the marketplace and everyone who's responded says it decreases (or adds no) value to the typical NSX buyer.

It adds value to the right buyer, but also decreases the potential market for your car... something of a trade off, it will sell for more money, but it will take longer to sell.
Take the charger off and sell it seperately.The Gruppe M charger will sell no problem at all.
Also is this the charger that you modified to make significantlly more power with ?

I would tell you the same if I am a potential buyer. Lowballing the sellers might not be classy but it is a legitimate negotiating strategy. It is always free to ask, there is nothing to lose and a lot to gain potentially. I would sell the Gruppe M SC separately. The Gruppe M SC should easily sell for at least $5~$7k.
Or even higher to the right buyer 
Just me, but if I were looking for an NSX, I wouldn't buy one already FI'd.
