Help identify the sway bar game!

Clue #1 : 4 holes for adjustment (rear)
Clue #2 : 22.7mm diameter
Clue #3 : welded locators at mount
Clue #4 : black in color


They came on my car along with GC/Koni/Eibach coil-overs.
I am trying to figure out what I got and determine if any of it is salvageable for street use.

Maybe a Dali. I have one on my rear and it is adjustable

I see what looks like the frame to a wooden box with a small scissor jack on top, a short, dark, plank of wood, sideways under the motor and is that a stick poking in there too?

What are type of service are you doing?

Timing belt and everything else I could do. The "stick" is a rolled up paper wipe stuffed in the oil ports after removal of the filter/cooler.
