Help! Where does the ambient air sensor mount???

I got my car without this sensor. I ordered one, and now that it arrived, i have no idea where is it supposed to mount? I've searched and searched., and every picture of this damn thing that I find are close-up shots that I cant seem to ascertain where exactly its located!

You mean the aspiration fan, which measures cabin temperature, or the outside-temp sensor? The former mounts to the back of the center console bottom right of the ash tray door. The latter I don't know.

The outside air temp sensor. It's visible from peaking your head in the middle opening of the front bumper, somewhere near the license plate brackets if your car still has one.

Lower valance! I was looking all over the upper bumper cover.

I think when washing the car you see it and or your washing rag snags on it LOL

maybe its just me.
