Help with rim size/offset/tires

Hello Prime!

I need some help with fitment on some potential rims that I'm interested in. I've looked in the ultimate whee guide and other forums but haven't gotten any confirmation. They're TE37s and I'm looking for maximum concaveness without fitment issues. Here are the specs:

Wheels:
Front: 17x9 +22
Rear: 18x9.5 +22

Tires:
Michelin Pilot Super Sports
Front: 215/45-17
Rear: 235/40-18

I am dropped on Bilstein shocks on the lower perch with stock springs, no BBK. Will these fit? Thanks Prime!

The fronts will rub like crazy with that width and offset. Even just the width will rub at an ideal offset. The tears you'll need to be real low to make work. Think one finger gap to tuck the top.

Not something I recommend.

I'll be running a 17x9 +30 front and 18x10.5 +22 rear soon, and i'll post pics and let you know how it goes.
