You need a special puller for this. Titanium Dave made a really nice puller, I think he may still have some. Works great for me, no damage, all good, and the tool he made also is used the insert the replacement bushing.
You can also use two sections of pipe or possibly sockets with one being a diameter larger then the bushing and the other about the same size as the bushing but smaller than the bore hole in the beam. You'll also need a bolt to pass through the bushing and both pipe (sockets) sections plus 2 large washers and a nut. Place the pipe sections on either side of the bushing, pass the bolt and washer through it, secure it with a nut and washer on the other end and then tighten the bolt/nut. The bushing will press out into the larger diameter pipe (socket).
