Identify part?

I found this behind my head unit, after I removed the head unit, can anyone identify it?

OMG...you've found my "eternal sports mind" I've been looking for that :wink:

Seriously now...I've been in my center console doing a complete upgrade and I never seen a part like that. Had everything in the center area out while doing head unit change of sorts.

Are you the original owner or did some previous owner leave something?

What does the other side look like? It seems to be the underside of some sort of cover.

I looked around at everything near by, and could not find the obvious source. The other side is smooth.
Just thought I'd ask, everyone loves a good mystery.

Back lid of the TCS On/Off switch under the left side [Edit: (for RHD model) or right side (for LHD model) ] of the dash gauge.

Makes sense, It was on the left side, behind the head unit.

Forgot about the RHD/LHD models difference as 99% of the time, I deal with RHD model.

On the LHD model, the TCS switch is at the right side under the dash near the centre console so edited my post above.

I disabled my TCS and replaced the switch with Type-R blank one so I recognised the lid of the TCS switch.
