Installing H&R lowering springs???

I have looked all over the forum and in FAQ about installing lowering springs and have not found any instructions. How hard is it to do and is there any info on how to install them on the web. I plan an installing them this weekend.

Did you look at the section called "Shocks and Springs" under the "Do It Yourself" heading?

Also, if you're going to work on your own car, you should really get the factory service manual. It's excellent. You can order it from http://www.helminc.com
