It's been over 12 hours why hasn't...

I would consider the fact that the moderators are part-time and volunteers. Maybe just a little more patience will work. Sometimes folks may not be available within 12 hours. Considering posting for sale is free a day or two would not seem out of line to me.
Also make sure you have followed ALL the posting rules.

I'll propose: More patience (like Larry already wrote), the understanding that this sercice is free (ever thought of supporting this site?) and that you won't be informed if your ad isn't according to the rules and therefor not published.
