I was prepared to yell if warranty coverage had been denied, so I must now report Koni did the right thing plus some. My 98 NSX came out of the minnesota "winter that wouldn't end" finally and the passenger side rear koni was out of oil. When I was initially called I was told I must have a sales receipt from when I bought it in 2006 to get warranty coverage. We settled on the work order from an Acura dealer showing I had them installed plus current regestration.
And the nice part is because they were more than 5 years old, they replaced both rears for Acura to install. For just under $400.
I love my koni's, have had them on several cars including a Lexus430 and a VW GTI.
