LLC question - how fast can one be set up? Limited Liability Company

Does anyone reading this have experience with setting up LLC's know how quick can an LLC with S-corp status be set up realistically, either thru an attorney or a self-service like legalzoom.com? Can one be set up within a week or less?

Have you considered taking the most logical route and calling the PA State Corporation Commission and asking them directly rather than going through online brokers? They will give you the REAL answer and filling out the paperwork for a LLC is VERY VERY easy.
