location of iacv and eacv on 1991

One valve - IACV and EACV seem to be used interchangeably. Honda refers to it as the EACV. There is a separate valve called the Fast Idle Valve. The EACV is the valve controlled by the ECU.
Both the EACV and the Fast Idle Valve are on the right side (looking from the drivers side on an LHD car) of the throttle body. The fast idle valve is towards the drivers side of the car and the EACV is sort of beside it (on the passenger side). Pages 11-3 and 11-83 in the fuel section of the service manual show the locations of both valves. Search on Prime and you can find links to .pdf versions of the service manual.
