Replaced the ignition lock assembly in my 91 last week, and then took the door locks and trunk lock down to the local locksmith to get them rekeyed to match the ignition lock. The locksmith says no problem, but there is a hitch: the round black concave face that you see on the door lock from outside the car has to be pried off to get inside the lock, and then it needs to be replaced with a new one, new ones are apparently no longer available from the usual locksmith supply sources, and Acura doesn't sell them.
The locksmith is searching everywhere he can think of, and asked me if I knew of any online sources that might be able to come up with two of them. Anybody got a locksmith buddy who might have a couple dusty ones on a shelf somewhere?
