I have a set of these unused and ready to install (will need to be painted). I can take photos of the part if necessary. Will set for $400/shipped. I never installed them because I thought they would work, but they don't lineup correctly on the 02-05 rear, they're obviously designed for the 91-01 and I did not know that until AFTER I bought them.

FYI - They aren't Nico's. Nico's have a much smaller and narrower "fin" at the bottom

Yes those are MH spats. I'm not sure who can get them but it'll have to be out of Japan for faster service.

And to answer my question in that thread (from waaay back), YES, the GMV3 does/can work with the diffuser
