Looking for turbo kit installer / dyno shop in DC/VA area

Hey people, just wondering who might suggest an installer for the AP-X turbo kit in the DC/VA area?

Also a dyno shop.

Would also consider any member here who has done my kit and/or is familiar with it.

I've heard great things about redbird92. But I'm not sure if he does turbo installs. He does do superchargers so maybe?
