Your right, the cameras placed on the outside of the car moved around during the run

Of course is not ONE SHOT one run video, that video was edited to make it amazingly insane (notice how the day gets a bit darker) still very amazing anyways ...

In the opening credits they clearly say that it took four sets of tires to do the shoot. That indicates to me that it was not done in one run.

It definitely wasn't one run, unless he was magically able to gain and lose exterior camera's at will. (just look at what's bolted on to the car).

Another giveaway is all the rubber marks on the pavement.... awesome driving, but you'd probably never be able to pull it all off in one shot.
