My New NSX :) Move over Supra ;) PICS

Well

got the new (to me)
NSX in, and put my rims on that i had waiting.

The car is a

1991 with 44,000 one owner miles.
Red/Tan 5 Speed
Comptech Exhaust
HKS Intake
and Upgraded ECU

I put on the Chrome 18's 2 weeks ago and
finally snapped a couple of pictures.

YES i love the car - and its a blast to drive.
The TT Supra's been sitting lately

Would i sell it?
Heck yeah, i'd sell my bed if someone offered me enough

Congratulations! You must be one ecstatic man right now.

If you dont mind, could you tell us how much you paid for your mint condition 91 NSX? I am very interested in low miles early 90s NSX and your thread sparked by curiosity.

And oh, gorgeous wheels.. just beautiful.. we must have same tastes.

ya know -

i hate to be a punk about it,
but
in the event i try to sell the car
i dont' want people to
know how much i have in it.

and NO i didn't steal the car for low 20s or anything.

and YES i do have over $30K in the car as it sits with the rims/tires, exhaust etc etc.

i imagine a perfect nsx could be over $30K
some close to $35K if you
find one thats been babied and
in perfect condition.

some people DO GET LUCKY and get them for mid 20s -
but i'd imagine there's something up with those.

you DO get what you pay for, and i dont
mind having what i do in this car
because i absolutely love it.

oh yeah, i am pumped.

i love the car - and the Supra is getting jealous

Oh ok. I understand. So would it be safe to assume that you paid the "going rate" for a babied early 90s NSX ?

yeah i'd say so.

i looked for a LONG time for one
with low miles that i knew was garaged.

remember, i DO have a set of rims/tires that are a few grand and the exhaust and others are a couple thousand too...

so with that its EASILY over $30K no matter what i paid.

i'd say, for a bone stock one -

very high 20s to low 30s is what you should expect.

when i searched, i DID

find a few for 25-26K with 40,000 miles

but they were all shady - and all were salvage.

so BE careful and check them out before buying.

there are ALOT of "deals" out there that appear perfect, but
someone is selling an abused or salvaged car.

just be thorough when you search.

i found many cars that seemed like "the one".

i didn't mind paying more for the car i was 100% sure
was what i wanted.

hahah just kidding

keep looking, they pop up quite often for
a fair price.

just dont expect to
get one thats perfect for a price thats too good to be true

Great idea

i'll pull the cars out
tomorrow and take a pic
in front of the ol' crib

would do it now, but its dark.

expect it tuesday sometime -

or maybe ill just leave em in the garage -

at any rate, ill get one tomorrow.
