So sorry if I should not have started a new thread, I'm not sure where my other one went but anyway...

Here is my turbo pipe I built. I believe my pipe design is quite high flowing design (although it looks like ass. This is due to my running out of argon the thin wire half way through, so it is basically just tacked together. My chop saw blade wore down a bit so to do that bend merge by hand part of the way so then I had to fill it more) This cost me all of 50$ So I'm pretty happy. I have the turbo mounted up on it; the turbo mounting bracket tis just a placeholder, you can't see but there is another piece that attaches to that bracket from the rear muffler mount.

I have a 2010 precision 6262 single metal-ball bearing turbo with turbine built from garret because I read that was better than the new ones since those turbines are turbonetics built from china.

godspeed Chinese wastegate ( I'll post my review video of that here if anyone is interested but I highly doubt it because people here are not interested in risks for small money.) I originally was going to run two china wastegates (redundancy ) and a smaller turbo but changed my mind after I bench tested it the wg. I hooked it up to a pressure regulator and after some minor adjustments, it works perfectly and the quality looks good. So, I'm going with one 60mm godspeed wg. The diaphragm looks high quality (better than turbonetics I have) and is the most important part, and I stress tested it out, it took some harsh punishment with no apparent damage and always opens at the exact boost. The only problem with these is that it's very difficult to put these wg together properly. I wouldn't run it without bench testing very carefully and you'll need a very large clamp and patience. Since my dump tube will have different placement properties than any other pipe ever made for nsx I want to be on the safe side larger; I will lose some boost in certain situations. + Side, the 60mm waste gate should have better cooling properties and maybe stronger. I plan to mount additional copper heat sink to it with some cpu paste :) lol

Now for custom intercooler setup, I have some plans to do some ducts to pull some air from below but if I hit a armadillo it should move up. I'm thinking on some chains or something, not decided yet.

Originally, but I bought two 12" ones which don't fit and also after looking at them they will restrict the air quite a bit and the shorted ones, well I'm not convinced they do too much. I had some donut flanges so I put them on, they have springs like stock. I will just test to see how much the leak, probably don't leak at all if you tighten them up all the way and I'll be running < 8 psi. They should allow flexing in the event I hit a pot hole.

They also act as an emergency wastegate :/
