NA1 Gruppe M swap with NA2 stock exhaust system

Hi guys,
I've got an NA1 coupe with a DC Sport headers and Gruppe M muffler. I was thinking to swap over the whole system with my NA2 stock system and sell the NA1 stock. I have heard the difficulty with swapping individual components but how bout the whole system. I've also heard bout the O2 sensors between NA1 and NA2 and OBD1 and OBD2.
If not can you do straight pipes with NA2 ? I was thinkign to get Cantrell Concepts Headers, straight pipes and GT One F1 muffler.

Buying the whole system is a great way for NA1 guys to pick up some extra power w/o spending an arm and a leg. Check the parts for sale forum I believe Turbo2Go was selling his entire system cats and all for a really good price. I have my stock 2004 muffler sitting in the garage so if his is already sold you can buy mine cheap.
