I played witha few boys from Plano, QB and a FB(state champ years. I currently have a EQ Line out already to avoid the PPI and the jumbo loan thing. The other half of this relationship will not let me touch the equity in the house. I need a balloon type loan. 7 year Amortized over 15. I have about 80K EQ in the house.
