Need Ipod Nano Advice

Quick easy question-

Not Ipod savy...have just had non-Apple MP3s and used MediaPlayer...so real idiot here

Looking to buy used Nano but not sure 4th or 5th gen (8-16 gb). I only want to play music and don't care about the camera on the 5th, but it has FM radio and 4th doesn't.

The part that bothers me is that I've heard that you need a different version of i-tunes for the 5th and it has different computer hardware requirements or some other problem. Is this true? If i-tues requirements the same, then I would probably go 5th for the FM.

What else to look for?

Not true, same version of Itunes for both.
FM radio is one feature. Pedometer, and video camera is another on Gen 5.

I have a Gen4 and love it for the car and gym.
