anyone have suggestions for the most bang for the buck car new or used $10,000 and under. any year car even integras with FI. :biggrin:

It depends on what you mean by "Bang" for the buck.. Are you taking value, speed, handling, luxury?
Maybe a used Miata with a bunch of upgrade parts (there are plenty available) would make for a fun little runabout.
If you just want straight line speed a used Camaro with upgrades (again, quite plentiful) may do the trick.
As for new cars you may be stuck with something like a Kia Rio. I've actually driven one before (don't ask) and it definitely has no "Bang" in any of the above categories. No offense to any Kia owners in the forum...

Pre '99 Miata. Easy on the gas bill, not as "man-ly" as a Z28. But should corner better.

Personally if I only had 10k to spend, I would probably get an Accord or a Civic and do nothing to it. Just drive it to the supermarket and to work

I think the best car for the money for 10,000 would be a early model (1990-1992) 300zx TT or a 1988-1991 Corvette.
You can get a great Indian or Malaysian-made car for under $10K. Just beware the warrenty only lasts 12mths for a reason.
For a Malaysian built car, i'd suggest the <B>Juara Proton</B>.
