Previous owners silver wheels that lead to the dreaded commit "that's so & so's old car" but hey , that's my new car. Especially if you buy it local and keep it around & take it to local c&c's , shows or pop up meets and cruises. I'm sure other owners who don't swap out the wheels get that and it gets old. Damn it , it's my car so the best way to make it your own is to get a different set of wheels. I got some new Advan RG-D in hyper silver that stopped the commit of whose old car it was.

<a href="http://s238.photobucket.com/user/redsdad/media/image.jpg3.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i238.photobucket.com/albums/ff83/redsdad/image.jpg3.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo image.jpg3.jpg"/></a>

But I had those old SSR's with old tires that I used in winter to store the NSX because the Advan AD08R tires I put on the RG-D's can't be stored below 14 F*. What to do ? Well change the color was what was suggested so I researched the power coating process & found that a matte finish requires a lower cure temp as not to affect the structure of the wheel. I chose "Nintendo White Matte" that turned out well in my opinion. Others may not feel the same but , hey , they are my wheels. I was asked to post up ( call out to Jake ) so here they are. I got some Falken Azenis RT615K tires that for what I could find out don't have a low temp warning for cold months that I store the car.

Love these wheels. I have a set on my '94 Miata.
