Does any one recommend any snow chains for my tires and some mud flaps. Maybe a lift kit also for the snow.
for heaven-sake, store your car for winter.
buy a chevy chevette (remember those) for $120 and use it for winter.
please don't subject this awesome vehicle to the tortures of a winter. Putting winter tires on an NSX is like putting a screen door on a submarine, it just doesnt work.. whats more disturbing to me, is that there are actually people making recommendations on winter tires, goodness gracious......

Being from the Great White North, I have driven Vettes in the snow and I have driven the NSX...I found the NSX to be very scary because it did not have the weight in the front...the Vette was easier to handle on normal ice-laden streets...and the Vette is an easier fix when it gets hit by someone who has no experience driving in wintery conditions...you may rock at driving - but its the others that scare me...and a bad accident will leave you crying when you have to fight with your insurance company over the true value of your write-off! Leave her in the garage and drive a Winter-beater!
