Co-developement by Honda and Mugen. Manufactured by Mugen. In stock trim, it has absolutely no performance purpose; however, if you do ITB, it will make a signifcant difference.

Made to order only, waiting period of about 3 months, +/- a few.

MSRP back in 2005 was 800,000 Yen = Approximately $7,000 USD
By the time you get it, shipped to the states, you are talking well over $8g

It is a complete unit, including the snorkel, lexan hatch, and hatch frame/railings.

In terms of replicas:
The route KS's version is smaller than the OEM design. POPDESIGN version is similar with OEM size in CF, but much cheaper. Made in CF, with Lexan option (you will have to use the railing/frame from your car.

It probably creats zero downforce, and cooling... nope (the standard cooling is efficient, no additional cooling is required). If you do ITB, it act as part of the air intake system.

It will create drag, and funnel air into your engine bay. If you have a use for this air this type of system might be a benefit, if its just blowing onto the top of your manifold cover you purchased this item for BLANG.
