OEM '95 7 spoke finished in black chrome

I'm thinking about changing my wheels, so I'll let mine go for 1500.00. I had them refinished in black chrome roughly a year ago. No curb rash, but I did notice a thin scratch on one of the rears. Hard to notice... The tires are Dunlaps with I'd guess 50% life left and wearing well. I paid nearly 1000.00 to have them refinished. I'm located in Southern California.
