You actually get a blue moon........

First time since 2010 and just happened to occur on the day of Neil Armstrong's memorial service. The term refers not to the color of the moon but the fact it is the second full moon in a calendar month. Next one won't occur again until July 31, 2015

It's amazing what a simple round looking ball in the sky does. How much beauty it adds. How it's shimmer on water looks so cool.

Ever since you posted your first moon shots I did more research into its origins and its role on the solar system and became fascinated with it. The moon is F'in cool. Thanks for the pics. Always enjoy them.

I took this last night, my first time trying this camera @ night and shooting the moon was an all time dream, btw, interesting to see the FLORIDA angle of her!
