One wheel lock during ABS and ABS fault light OFF !

Hello guys,
I was trying to test my ABS this last weekend and I found out that my front left kept locking up under hard braking every single time( never dumped pressure on that wheel). I searched around and most information talk about scenario of locking up(stuck solenoids) when the ABS fault light is already on the dash indicating malfunctioning system. Fortunately or unfortunately mine isn't ON yet nor do I hear any clicking from the system
I looked around and it could be a case of locked up ABS solenoid valves ? Is there any remedy to this than just doing ABS stops repeatedly to release the valves from their lockup ? Also I don't think the ABS kicked in on the other wheels as well. Any other debugging ideas ?

This was the only other thread I found and they suggested it could a dirty wheel speed sensor. I highly doubt this because it would not lockup unless the speeds are way off the charts and by this time the fault lamp should be lit.

Edit: Just found a diagram about the non-integral system used in our cars.
https://books.google.com/books?id=h...ge&q=sumitomo non integral abs system&f=false
I am an ABS controls engineer and It is quite embarrassing to say that I wasn't aware of these older style non integral systems which are quite different from the ones I work on ! Learnt something new today !
Edit 2:
Going to check today if the system in mine is fouled to not produce codes with the jumper wire to short the connection that comes from the bulkhead !

A stuck solenoid does not throw a ALB light. In my case, it did not. Follow the procedure under "solenoid flush" :

I had to activate my stuck one at least 20 times till it finaly opened. Aften that, flush your fluid and eliminate every debris you can find.

Thank you ! This finally fixed my ABS problem and it was super easy to do. I only wish I did this before locking up my wheels during a HPDE events
