Passenger brake light issue

Been having a problem where the running lights work but does not get brighter for braking. I recently replaced the whole harness due to the old one being junk and had no problems up until a week or so ago. Replaced bulbs and still nothing. Help!

is your trunk moist? its prob that control box for that side you cant miss it.

if you look at the harness on the back of the light you will see a little box with electronics that the harness plugs into heres a pic and the part number is

031	37540-SM4-003	SENSOR, STOP LAMP FAILURE	001	2005	NSX	31.17	23.38
032	37540-SM4-901	SENSOR, STOP LAMP FAILURE

I figured out it is a loose connection in the harness... Ugh

well the box I showed you they will go bad at some point and finding one in a few years will be hard they are still available at the dealership.

I am well stocked on them since I will never sell my first NSX

Does that box come with the taillight, if I were to buy a taillight sometime in the future?

if you buy a new taillight they are bone empty they do not come with the harness, you need to buy the harness instead of the lens
