I signed it, but lots of luck! Many municipalities have invested huge sums in cameras that catch red-light runners -- these cameras photograph front plates.
I don't mind the front plate thing anymore. Red light cameras have sprouted up all over Denver the past few years. Most of them are configured to take a picture of your front license plate. If Colorado didn't require front tags, they would be configured to take a shot of your rear tag. So no front plate=no red light ticket.
Not that I would ever consider running a red light, that would be illegal.
