I have pics of my '91 in the rain and fog with the lights on....it looks pretty cool.

Thanks fastrunner, the ww body kit installed by my local body shop. They put them on, had some screws all around the kit front, sides and back, then prime it before painting. It was a paint in the a$$ when they did it especially taping before painted on and i think it should stay on good.
I live in Seattle and rain is quite common. Beautiful car, what are the wheels?
