After seeing a Monaco blue in person, your blue looks nothing like that. Is it the filters that you use to make the color pop like that?

OOPS I meant Monte Carlo blue. I had never seen it before until a few weeks ago. The blue in person is very navy like.

What I like about it and most pearl colors is that in different lighting, the color changes contrast so much. In this picture, the car is directly under super bright white parking structure lighting which is what gives it that "pop."

finally back at home after being gone in Atlanta for the last 3 months working. the old girl wouldn't fire up on her own, but was willing enough after a quick jump start. and since it's southern California in late August and 76 degrees, a quick trip up to Malibu for dinner sans roof was in order. i must say, it was nice to be back behind the wheel again, it's a special car still to this day...

battery tender? it's Japanese, not even Italian. you wouldn't have to do that on a German car...

Are you kidding, my German BMW 850 swallows batteries (when not on a tender).
