PPI mechanic in No Cal JH4NA21641T000017

Hello,
I'm in search of my first NSX and looking at this: http://www.luxmotorcars.com/2001-Acura-NSX/Used-Car/Sacramento-CA/4099/2733133/Details.aspx

The dealer claims a full timing belt/water pump service was just performed. I'm thinking of perhaps taking the car for a PPI.

Please let me know if you know of a reputable place for PPI near Sacramento? And if any member is interested in checking the car for me, that'll be great too! :smile:

The dealer has provided me with service records from the current owner as follows:

Feb/06. Purchase 19k miles
Dec/07 Oil change 29k miles
Sep/09 Oil change 30k miles
Aug/12 Trans oil, oil change, brake fluid, coolant 32k miles
Jan/13 TB, water pump, valve adjust ($2400) 32k miles

Should I be concerned about the long intervals of the oil change/brake fluid, etc (2-3 years), despite the low mileage between intervals? I plan to have a PPI done.
