I'm in process of buying an NSX, and the only mods I plan to do are nicer wheels and thought about going with the Pride V2... can you please try to post a vid or 2?? I'm very curious to know how it will sound.

I installed a Pride V2 3 or 4 months ago. Most of the sound clips don't seem to capture the true sound for whatever reason. However to my ear, the second sound clip down the list with the silver 2000 NSX (black wing) starting up and then driving away is the exact V2 sound I hear in person. I love it!
Thanks man, that's exactly what I wanted to hear... because THAT clip is the one that I caught on YouTube that made me love the Pride V2. But then (like you said) some of the other vids just don't sound as good. I need that deep throaty sound like in the second vid... some of the other ones sound raspy.
Is your system stock other than the exhaust? Or do you have headers and things like that (that may add onto the sound)?? I'm buying an all stock '96 and just want to add an exhaust and wheels.
I installed just the v2 by itself stock cats stock headers.

well i had Pride V1 and daily driving was giving me headaches from the drone in traffic. had for a week. back ot stock.. then a buddy of mine got the Pride V2 and I drove it around and there is little drone like the V1 i and wide open throttle sounds so freaking good. Im going to get the Pride V2 soon LOL
I have an '05 3.2 with stock headers and cats. I really like the overall V2 sound - sort of muted aggressive at start up and idle but with progressively more oomph as the revs rise. It's never obnoxiously loud but the NSX redline scream is still there. As a comment, the V2 does have something of a mild drone from about 2100 to 2500 rpm. I notice it mainly in 6th gear at around 60mph when the engine is really in lug mode. It's a deep, bassey note and not at all overpowering or head rattling, but there. You can always drop down a gear to make it go away.
