Will the NTK 24172 sensor fit all 4 locations? I know 2 locations have different wire lengths than the other 2.

I believe upstream(by manifolds) are different from downstream(cats) in more ways than just the length of cable. I know for certain that FMC products are anyway.

No they wont - you have to buy the upstream & downstream ones depending on year. They changed them several times so its year specific.
Also you can't plug an upstream o2 sensor into a downstream sensors spot and visa versa because the plugs only connect to one side for a reason.
