R888 tread and mounting

Can anybody comment as to whether the R888 can be reverse mounted (i.e. tread going in the wrong direction) when used for dry track? I have a worn set that I'd like to use which need some wear balancing.

Better to flip them on the rims , keep them in the same direction

I agree. But based on the wear patterns, I've got 4 right tires and no left tires if I mount them that way. I bought these used from a World Challenge team so I didn't get to pick. If I can't reverse the treads, I'll do exactly as you suggest and will just pick the best two to use for the left.

For a dry track, I don't see why you couldn't.
