Rear Axle rear leak and possible transmission fluid leak (1st gear shakes)

hi, I have a 1991 acura nsx, and recently I noticed there is a small leak on the bottom of the transmission. I took to my mechanic, he said it's coming from the rear axle seal.

Also, When I put into 1st gear to drive, the moment I release the clutch, I notice there is little bit of shaking and rattling from the rear engine, and it smoothing out afterward, only on 1st gear once I release the clutch slowly. I checked my transmission fluid, and its full, where is that leak fluid is coming from?

any info would help.

Most likely it would be the Axle seal itself, as this be a source of leak....the other possibility would be the main seal between the Engine and Transmission.
