Rear outer tie rod ends

I need to replace the rear outer tie rod ends. OEM is about $150 each from discount OEM resellers. Two questions:

Is there a better aftermarket option I should look at before ordering OEM?

Is there anything more complicated about this job than one would expect, or can I do this myself fairly easily?
