Okay fellow Texans, I need some help here. My car is registered in Maryland but I'm at school here in Texas (Baylor University). My registration and tags are due in late November or early December which means I'd have to take the car back home to do all that and that's neither probable nor wanted and I am planning on staying here in Texas indefintely. So, my question is what all is required to register a car in Texas? I've never dealt with the DMV in this regard before as my parents have taken care of all the paperwork items back home. So if you could give me some pointers, that'd be terrific. Thanks, and take care.
