Removing OEM panels

hi,
I was wondering if anyone here have good experience on removing some body panels ? and would like to know an easy way to remove the front bumper, front fenders, and rear fenders ???
I've experienced a lot of pain trying to remove some of the OEM parts for the first time (for example, side skirts and rear valance) and after removing it , THEN I realized that it can be A LOT easier have I known the CORRECT way to do it !!!

any help is greatly appreciated !!!

The easiest way is to follow the instructions in the NSX shop manual. I believe there is one online that you can use as a reference. I bought all the shop manuals for my NSX and they have saved me the aggrevation of having to waste my time looking for answers on the internet.
