Replacement for OEM remote door lock brain

Looked in to getting a replacement remote door lock key fob today for my 99. Acura dealer says replacements have been discontinued.
Just as well as the OEM unit sucked anyway and didn't have a very long range.

Any easy replacement for OEM remote door lock brain? Like one that comes with the correct connector and is plug and play?
